The Encounter Group (Encounter Live-In-Care specialists) Limited was founded in Newcastle-under-Lyme in 2015. It is envisaged that it will grow to be one of the largest Home Care Service Provider in the Staffordshire Area.

The company operates as a strong network of committed operators, all supported by a dedicated team. Hannah Clemence is the company’s CEO and Registered Manager of the Regulated Activities offered to all customers. Her ongoing commitment to home health care is evident in her involvement with industry where she was working as a Live-In-Carer caring for elderly people and young adults.

Her commitment to the company and its staff, and more particularly to the well-being of its customers, is demonstrated by the passion she brings to the office every day. Hannah maintains close ties to the business, regularly meeting with customers to discuss their needs, address their concerns and sharing her love of home-care with everyone she meets.

We have a rigorous recruitment and selection programme, and we focus on comprehensive staff training and on-going assessment to ensure quality care standards are continuously met across the organisation.
