Our person- centred service for Supported Living for Young people caters for those who are leaving care transitioning into the community and to young adults who have encountered problems with their parents and are requiring accommodation to transition into the community. Ideally, our support will start 3 months before a young adult moves in with us, where we will work with the foster parents, parents and social worker. It is during this first process of contact where we will assign the young person to their support worker. This gives them the opportunity to know the young person and prepare a person centred support plan with the objective of making the transition to us smoothly.
Our main aim is to equip young people with the skills, knowledge and confidence they need to secure and maintain independent accommodation. We offer 3 types of care leavers accommodation which are:
Our Young people supported service includes therapy which we offer emotional support to anyone who requires. Our staff are in with the young people setting up activities which we believe will equip anyone to move into the community to live independently.

Moving on & Stepping Up for mums and dad is support for young adults who are about to get out of care and are with child and need support during the pregnancy period until the baby is born. We are a family oriented business and we believe in the old tradition of keeping families together and families are of importance to us, therefore we have come up with a service that enables mums and dads to keep their children whilst still in the transition of moving on into the communities. This initiative will enable young adults who have been in care to experience family dynamics settings with them expecting or having their child around.
Whilst the Young adult is with our service we offer them one-on-one therapy with our therapy teams work, where they work together with mums and dads, education staff and other professionals to set and reach goals that are important for them and the baby. As well as providing one-to-one or group therapy for mums and dad, we can:
· Provide training and advice for parents/carers and other people supporting your child.
· Design programmes of activities for mums and dads bonding with the new child born.
· Recommend specialist equipment if it’s needed.
