Staff were polite, on time and would always communicate any unscheduled changes. e.g traffic or delays. They were chatty and engaged with myself and my family brilliantly. They were fully supportive of my needs and encouraged me to regain my independence. I would recommend Encounter to anybody requiring domicillary support. Special thanks should go out to Hannah, Christina and Max who never made me feel like I should be grateful for the support, (although I most certainly was) they just had a really professional and discreet approach to their role. They are a credit to the team. Thank you 😊
Quality of care has been good with the same carer coming in to support the majority of time. There has been good correspondence with the carer with regards to needs and the best outcome for the client e.g suggestions on nighttime personal underware/pads needed to ensure suitability/comfort for the client. Much appreciated.
If there has been concerns either from the care team or from the client/client family the correspondence has been good. The Management team have contacted clients family with concerns and visa versa, the management are on the end of the phone to discuss concerns and come to some resolution to best meet the clients needs and overall well-being.
“If you are looking for la compassionate, caring people, this is the team I highly recommend. Their friendliness and professionalism is what I love about them."
